Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fun Printz & Embroidery.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our Products

We supply clothing, workwear and other products, including items personalised using printing and embroidery.

Product descriptions, images and size information are provided to help you choose suitable products. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of differences between screens, garment batches, materials and the printing or embroidery process.

Garment sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Please check the relevant size information before ordering.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your contact and delivery details, product choices, sizes, quantities and personalisation requirements.

After an order is placed, you will normally receive an order confirmation. An automated acknowledgement or confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if there is a genuine problem with the order, product availability, pricing or information supplied.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken for goods we cannot supply, arrange the appropriate refund.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown during the ordering process before you place your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

We may change prices for future orders at any time. A price change will not retrospectively alter an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred and the order has not been fulfilled.

4. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Many of our products are made or personalised specifically for the customer. This can include printing or embroidering names, initials, logos, artwork, wording or other designs onto garments or products.

Please check all personalisation information carefully before submitting or approving it.

Where goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the ordinary statutory right to cancel an online purchase because you have changed your mind does not normally apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, do not conform to the agreed specification, or we have made an error.

Further information is contained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

5. Artwork and Proof Approval

Where we provide artwork or a digital proof for approval, you are responsible for checking the information shown, including spelling, names, initials, positioning and other personalisation details.

Once you approve a proof, we may begin production using that approved design.

If we reproduce an approved proof correctly, we cannot normally provide a refund or replacement solely because an error contained in the approved information was not noticed before approval.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the finished goods are faulty or do not conform to the approved specification.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Where you provide a logo, design, photograph, wording or other material for reproduction, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to ask us to reproduce it.

You must not knowingly provide material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights or is unlawful.

We may decline to reproduce material where we reasonably believe doing so would be unlawful or infringe the rights of another person.

We may contact you if supplied artwork is unsuitable for the requested printing or embroidery process.

7. Embroidery Digitising and Setup

Some new embroidery designs may require digitising or other setup work before production.

Where a separate digitising or setup charge applies, this will be made clear as part of the ordering process or otherwise agreed with you before the relevant work is undertaken.

A digitising or setup charge relates to the preparation work required for production and is separate from the price of the garments unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Production and Delivery

Personalised products require production before dispatch.

Any turnaround or dispatch estimate shown on our website or provided to you is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.

We will take reasonable care to fulfil orders within the stated or agreed timeframe and will contact you where appropriate if a significant delay occurs.

Delivery times after dispatch may depend on the delivery service used and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

9. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@myfunprintz.co.uk.

For personalised or custom-made products, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun.

For non-personalised products, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Details are provided in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

10. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or do not match the agreed order because of an error on our part, please contact us at hello@myfunprintz.co.uk.

Your legal remedies will depend on the circumstances and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Personalised and custom-made goods are treated differently from ordinary non-personalised goods for change-of-mind cancellation purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content we create for this website, including our own branding, text, graphics and original designs, belongs to us or is used with permission.

You must not reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission where doing so would infringe our intellectual property rights.

Ownership of customer-supplied logos and artwork remains with the relevant rights holder. Providing artwork to us for an order gives us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to produce and administer that order.

13. Website Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

14. Website Availability and Information

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

We may update products, descriptions, availability and website content from time to time.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have in relation to goods or services you have purchased from us.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery and ecommerce providers.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of unrelated third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

16. Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, except where the law provides otherwise.

Different rules may apply to orders placed wholly or mainly for business purposes.

18. Business Customers

If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, you are acting as a business customer rather than a consumer.

Consumer cancellation rights do not necessarily apply to business-to-business transactions.

Any separately agreed quotation or written terms for a business order may supplement these terms. If there is a conflict, the specifically agreed terms for that order will apply to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.

19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where the law permits, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and fulfil our obligations.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or applicable law.

The terms applicable to an order will normally be those in force when the relevant contract was made, unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.

21. Governing Law

These terms and contracts with consumers are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to you based on where you live.

Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court that they are entitled to use under applicable law.
