Shipping & Turnaround

Most of our products are printed or embroidered to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for production and dispatch unless a different turnaround time is stated on the product page or agreed with us before ordering.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Need Your Order by a Particular Date?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at hello@myfunprintz.co.uk.

Tell us the date you require the order and what you would like to order. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your deadline.

Please do not place a time-sensitive order until we have confirmed that your required date is achievable.

Providing a required date in an order note without receiving confirmation from us beforehand does not mean that the date has been accepted or guaranteed.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the delivery method available or selected for your order.

Delivery time is in addition to our production time unless we have specifically agreed otherwise with you.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a problem with a delivery, please contact us and we will help investigate it.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@myfunprintz.co.uk. We will amend the address where possible if the order has not already been dispatched.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally an order may be delayed because of circumstances such as garment availability, supplier delays, equipment problems or delivery disruption.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Collection

If collection is offered for your order, please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
